Orders are typically processed within  1-3 business days of receipt. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Delivery times vary based on your chosen shipping method and destination. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping:  3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping:, 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping:  1 business day

6. Shipping Restrictions

 We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you have questions about shipping to a specific location, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

7. Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or if there are any missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Provide your order number and details of the issue, and we will work to resolve it promptly. For damaged items, please retain the original packaging as it may be required for any claims.
